MEG MILLER

LDAP Program Manager, Echelon Front

Meg works for Echelon Front, a firm comprised of decorated, combat-proven Veterans with experience in building, training and leading high-performance winning teams.  She serves as the Leadership, Development, & Alignment (LDAP) Program Manager and as the Women’s Assembly Coordinator. Echelon Front offers practical, experience-based solutions to complex problems based on combat leadership lessons learned through a myriad of dynamic leadership challenges.

Meg coached the women’s lacrosse team at Brown University from 2004-2016. She also worked in the Business Office and served as Girls’ Head Lacrosse Coach at an independent school prior joining the Echelon Front team. As a coach, Meg was involved with all areas of the game, including offense, defense and coaching goalies. She also served as the Bears' Recruiting Coordinator for several years.

As a college athlete, Meg earned honors as a two-time All-South Region selection and a two-time Second Team All-American playing for the Duke Blue Devils. She earned All-ACC honors as a senior, and was named to the All-ACC Tournament Team in 2003 and 2004. She helped to lead the Blue Devils to the NCAA Tournament for four straight years.

A 2004 graduate of Duke University with a B.A. in Psychology, Meg also holds a Master’s degree in Holistic Leadership from Salve Regina University in Rhode Island.
